Responsibilites
As a guardian of two teams (one Scrum and one Kanban), you will:
- Communicate daily with everyone, a lot,
- Organize scrum ceremonies (daily, retro, planning, grooming, demo),
- Unblock team impediments,
- Establish and improve scrum process,
- Track key metrics,
- Maintain Jira,
- Interact with other SMs and stakeholders,
Requirements
We are challenging you to demonstrate your understanding of SCRUM and Kanban methodologies and role of Scrum Master based on your professional experience.
If you have any related certifications, let us know, however they are not mandatory.
