Job description
Workplace: Gdańsk
- Support for process documentation (guidelines, how to-s)
- Analysis and improvement of software development processes
- Conducting internal Software Quality Assurance reviews
- Metric definition and reporting
- Support for internal & external audits
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in software engineering, electrical engineering or automotive engineering
- Knowledge of Software Engineering or Project Management processes with affinity for automotive sector
- Soft skills requirements: intercultural communication, analytical, committed, self-initiative, independent & dependable
- Familiarity with Quality Standards (ISO, CMMI, SPICE) is a plus
- Knowledge of Wiki markup, VBA, HTML or Graphic design is an advantage
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
