Transport Planner
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Włochy
Tasks:
- To provide the link between the DHL Lead Logistic Partner, customer sites, customer global supply logistics team, customer vendors and carriers seamless logistics flow following the main operational day to day requirements defined;
- To optimize cost and operational excellence making the right carrier choice;
- To ensure reaching agreed lead times for inbound and the outbound flow;
- To perform route execution controls, i.e. monitor received booking details in time, manage time stamps end to end, effect hot shot shipments including tide follow up, track cargo flow and update estimated time stamps where needed;
- To perform the spot buy process in case of expedite shipments is needed by the customer.
Requirements:
- Operational experience managing transports for Road (Ocean/Air nice to have);
- English language: fluent (verbal&written);
- Experience of Transport Management / Order Management systems.
