This role is required to enhance the technology operating model in EMEA CBRE to increase efficiency, improve quality and enhance the end user experience. The primary responsibility will be to support the roll out and increased utilisation of EMEA's strategic client accounting solution, Yardi Voyager, along with working on the automation of other functions with defined departments.
- Assists in the deployment and increased used of the Yardi Voyager Platform in EMEA
- Scopes and documents business requirements
- Documents gap analysis between local solutions and Yardi Voyager
- Prioritises and manages tasks
- Documents custom report specifications
- Achieves buy-in to the strategic use of Yardi Voyager in EMEA
- Provides resolutions to identified problems
- Achieves the results required in the business case
- Provides project status updates at steering committee meetings attended by senior management
- Ensures Project Tasks meet user requirements and expected user benefits
- Liaises and manages relationships with key third party service and software providers
- Strategically builds and manages relationships with accounting and property management teams, and key stakeholders and sponsors
- Acts as a subject matter expert preparing and providing software demos
- Ensures detailed local requirements are documented and clearly understood by the business
- Analyse and clarify internal and external business operating requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- A relevant university or college degree
- Yardi Voyager experience is essential (2 years minimum)
- A minimum of 5 years" experience in a similar role (specifically in Real Estate)
- Financial Accounting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of European country-specific financial and regulatory requirements and processes is preferred
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to analyse complex requirements and clearly communicate options and solutions
- Strong report writing skills
- Ability to chair meetings effectively, setting objectives and allocating action points
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to colleagues and clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong change management skills, including being able to manage resistance to change, obtaining a positive conclusion for both employees and the company
