Your role
Are you a data transformation & Business Intelligence enthusiast? Do you know how to define & implement Business Intelligence solutions & dashboards? We’re looking for someone like this to:
- gather business requirements and use cases for Business Intelligence solutions & dashboards
- estimate, plan, implement and maintain end-to-end solutions
- support end to end data migration & implementation projects
- redesign, automate existing reporting solutions (data sourcing, transformation and presentation)
- work with senior management, business analysts and IT
Your team
As a Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist you will be a part of the Reporting and Analytics Services (RAS) team based in Zabierzów (Krakow Business Park). Your main responsibility will be supporting business intelligence solutions planning, implementation and maintenance. We are supporting various organizations within UBS across all continents.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in managing people and building up highly skilled and performing teams
- a proven track of significant exposure to different BI technologies, combined with a good understanding of key principles
- an expert working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx
- experience in translating business requirements into meaningful data structures, data models and dashboards that meet the business needs
- working skills of documenting business functional & non-functional requirements
- working knowledge of databases, systems architecture (including knowledge of SQL)
- understanding of projects environment and software development lifecycle
- very good communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)
- data sourcing, transformation, cleansing & analysis skills
You are:
- driven to lead people with the purpose to achieve exceptional business performance
- passionate about data transformation, business intelligence, change projects
- technically savvy and great with communication and influencing people
- highly adaptable and able to work across multiple cultures, functions and teams
- good in time management & organization of your own and others' work
