Office Manager

Responsibilites
- Process tasks according to knowledge base
- Managing OPR team in Wroclaw(7+ employees)
- Organization and support office according to the business requirements and corporate standards and politics
- Coordinating the purchase and maintenance of office equipment,
- Communication with the Landlord to lease contracts and t to support of office infrastructure: air ventilation, air-conditioning, electricity, water, light, heating, etc.
- Purchasing and Inventory office supplies: sourcing, negotiations, outsourcing, requirements, establishing the terms of engagement with suppliers, according to the specifics, etc
- Provision of working conditions in the office;
- Organization of maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities (including air conditioning in the server room, printers, etc.)
- Involvement to the Office Set Up (in the future)
- Budget execution and expenses reports.
- Involvement to the budget planning.
- Process Control and execution
- Working with corporate systems (Oracle, Service-Desk, Supplier Contracts, Tablue, Cognos, Enterprise Direcrory, LuxStaff)
- Monthly and weekly reporting ( workplaces reserves and the distribution of the leased premises)
- Involved in the planning budget planning and execution for rent and office support Involved in preparations for internal and external audits of quality and safety, ISO, Socks etc.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience on a similar position
- Team Management
- Excellent organizational experience,
- Common sense and negotiation qualifications,
- Strong decision-making skills,
- Self-direction and ability to complete projects with limited supervision,
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness and activity,
- Detail-orientation and work with a high degree of accuracy,
- Maintenance staff confidentiality,
- Ability to interact with many different individuals in a professional manner,
- Team building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential,
