HAYS Sales & Marketing General is currently looking for an Account Director, for its Client, global multichannel marketing communication agency, specialize in instore POS materials.
The person on this position will be responsible for management and motivation of a first class customer service orientated team providing instore POS material and associated marketing services in respect of the agency client in Poland, coordinating the client’s requirements to deliver services, products, and solutions. Account Director will be responsible for the day to day supervision and direction of team members, ensuring capability and delivery is in line with business requirements. He/She will be managing financial performance to ensure that sales and contribution targets are met. Deliver budgeting and P&L forecasting. Deliver monthly invoicing and creation of invoicing MI for the client or internal Relationship. Account Director will be also managing all aspects of agency team members performance and learning/development, with responsibility for staff coaching, recruitment and the proper execution of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in people management, operational work and high quality customer service. Ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge about local market (FMCG companies and their suppliers), trade marketing and Point of Sales. To be successful on this position you have to be passionate about your job and details – oriented manager with excellent leadership skills. Very good command of English is a must.
Our client offers an interesting work in international organization, all working tools and benefits package. You will get a salary of approx. 15 000 PLN gross (depending on experience)
