Account Specialist

Job description
The Fastenal Company would like to invite ambitious, hard-working individuals to apply for the position of full-time Account Specialist. Applicants should be able to bring new ideas and improvements to business practices; remain fair, respectful and moral in all situations; and work well both independently and as part of a team.
OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking Account Specialist for our New Branch in the area of Katowice. We are looking for a sales minded individual to begin working in the operations of our warehouse. This will be a starting position, so you can learn about our product, operations and how we distribute to our customers. We are looking for individual to advance into a full time sales role after you have proved to have what it takes by working in our administrative operations. If you like demanding challenges and are looking for a career within an international company, this position may be right for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Helping with the daily sales process of Account Managers
- Inputting of customer orders and quotes
- ensuring the quality of working processes according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Responsible for enforcing and fostering a safe work environment that is compliant with legal and company guidelines
- managing and driving a culture of excellence in customer service and high process-quality
Requirements
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Strong leadership qualities
- Service oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- University degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as strong attention
- Very good knowledge of English is compulsory (company language), Fluent Polish
- Willing to travel
