Opis stanowiska
Responsibilities
- Production of weekly management accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- AP, Processing invoices from suppliers; deal with queries
- Preparing payments
- Credit Control
- Debtors Management
- Payroll
- Ensuring Revenue compliance, e.g. Intrastat & Vies
Wymagania
Suitable applicants should have:
- Good inter-personal skills
- Be proficient in all MS Office packages
- Good communication skills and fluent English speaker
- Able to use his/her own initiative
- Prior experience in accounts
- Attention to detail must be a key attribute of the successful applicant
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accounting qualification will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of Italian woud be a strong asset
