Job Description:
- Supervising the Accounts Payable team consisting of other 5 people. Acting as a main point of contact internally for other leads and for our Client
- Managing delivery of Accounts Payable services
- Processing invoices in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Responsible for team members’ professional development
- Integration of the team, making sure that team remains satisfied and engaged, recognized for achievements; actively networking within and outside the project
- Making sure that internal (other teams, supervisor) and external (suppliers, client) queries related to Accounts Payable are resolved in a timely and accurate manner
- Execution of team's compliance with Client's and Internal Policies and Procedures
- Responsibility for service delivery accordingly to service level agreed targets. Responsibility of respective reporting
- Planning and leading Continuous Improvement program for the team: drive process transformation and improvements to increase team efficiency and generate client added value
- Client-facing: day-to-day services provision, periodic business reviews, joint improvement projects execution, issues resolution
- Responsibility for Quality Assurance and Compliance (Clients and Internal Policies, Procedures, Guidelines)
- Fluent English
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Accounts Payable
- Ability to combine Invoice Processing responsibility with Management of a team
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing, ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Experience as a trainer, mentor, coach would be an asset
