AP Team Leader (m/f)
We are looking for candidates for our Client's new SSC Center in Wrocław. The position is responsible for the supervision of the Accounts Payable Associates team
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding members of the team in order to expand efficiency and ensure processes are compliant with company guidelines
- Coordination of daily PTP processes
- Identifying ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements
- Running ad-hoc report development for the projects
- Coordinating internal and external communication
- Preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Bachelor or Master Degree (Finance and Accounting preferred)
- People managment experience
- Min 5 years of experience in Accounting area (PTP preferred)
- Communication skills and strong analytical/problem solving skills
