Application Security Compliance Assurance Specialist

Responsibilites
- Updating the central ASCA tracker which includes all applications in scope. This involves refreshing base data on a periodic and ongoing basis from various sources
- Using the central tracker to produce metrics and reports to show application portfolio status and progress through identification and addressing of issues.
- Supporting Release Management decisions based on data collected in the tracker
- The role may also include user acceptance testing of an in house built tool
- Other responsibilities will be defined as required to meet the ongoing needs of the ASCA function.
Requirements
- Very good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Reliability and accuracy in performing routine tasks
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage a complex process involving a large volume of data and people involved.
- Well structured, very reliable and dedicated.
- Understanding of project lifecycle and experience of working to project timelines
- Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds in a global and diverse team.
- Flexibility and ability to define and implement pragmatic solutions under pressure where required.
- Experience in working on large and complex projects in financial services is a plus

To work within the Application Security Compliance Assurance (ASCA) Team to run and improve the ASCA function. This includes maintaining the central application status tracker, performing periodic tasks to validate and update data within the tracker, producing metrics based on the data and provide management information on request.
