We are now looking for an experienced Art Director / Senior Designer to join a fast growing team based in Katowice. Your main responsibility will be to improve design and manage the brand across all media for the Webanywhere Group internationally and will also supporting the Head of Polish Operations in the day to day management of the Polish office.
Leading a team of graphic designers and working closely with our web developers, you will take initial briefs and present ideas back in inspiring and engaging ways. This is a good role for a highly conceptual creative who also has excellent technical and leadership abilities.

Job description
- Working closely with departmental heads, taking specifications and producing concepts / wireframes;
- Guiding the work of 4+ graphic designers to deliver outstanding designs in line with business goals;
- Documenting brand guidelines and ensuring brand adherence across all media for the Webanywhere Group;
- Supporting group management in day to day operations for the Polish business.
You must also have the strength of character to be a strong creative lead who can express your views when collaborating with colleagues and clients. Overall, you will want to have fun in your work, go the extra mile and contribute to the success of the business globally.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in graphic design / art direction for both web and print,
- Excellent design skills, using PhotoShop, InDesign on the Adobe Creative Suite etc.;
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing graphic designers;
- Comfortable working directly with the client and acting as a good ambassador for the company;
- A strong portfolio and a proven record of transforming a brand;
- Flexible, willing to travel to the UK and elsewhere when required;
- Excellent written and spoken English as a 2nd language.

Salary range:
- Negotiable and will be dependant on the level of experience;
- After the trial period attractive bonus system.
