Your new role
Within this role you would collect and define business requirements in cooperation and in association with the business area, take part in creation of supporting documentation, e.g. terms of reference and support the providing of signoffs for business requirements. The role also involves working as required with program and project managers, clients, functional analysts and developers to ensure that solution design and implementation meet the business requirements as well as supporting the creation of business scenarios, which address the cost impacts and value drivers of suggested solutions. Your accountabilities would also include supporting the elaboration of feasibility studies and estimates, supporting and coordinating UAT via helping to define test requirements in cooperation with QA and test team and the clients and executing data analysis to support related tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
The perfect candidate should have experience with business analysis and financial institutions, conceptual tasks and solution definition. You should also have good analytical and problem solving capabilities, profound knowledge and know-how of related business solutions in the market / working area, extended knowledge of methods and tools for business analysis and knowledge of quality management tools and techniques. Capability of identification and interpretation of requirements and needs of the stakeholders and capabilities to work with virtual teams and matrix organizations are also a must have. You must be able to communicate clearly in business environment and be proactive and speak both very good English and German. Preferably you should know Oracle or SQL Databases and compliance processes and application for Anti Money Laundering, in special applications for client screening and case management (FircoSoft, SBS, SAS, Actimize, BAE Systems Norkom).
