For our Client, international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Business Analyst- Risk.
As Successful Candidate you will drive and coordinate the delivery of Market Risk relevant IT and process changes, understand and analyse the business cases and requirements, propose solutions, work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose. Assist IT in technical design and implementation. Ensure the IT delivery satisfies the business needs and requirements, provide strategic view on the design and project planning, identify opportunities for IT and process improvements, design and implement business processes that effectively complement the developed technology. Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria, support testing participants in investigations and follow up on issues and queries, facilitate and support the transition of Change Program into run-the-bank as well as keep all stakeholders and working group members informed of the projects and their progresses.
As ideal Candidate should have business analysis experience in Risk Control from banking or insurance area. Previous CCAR (comprehensive capital analysis review) exposure or knowledge of other regulatory relevant projects in a large bank such as BASEL 3, DODD/FRANK or Enhanced Prudential Standard knowledge would be a strong asset. We are looking for Candidates with strong analytical skills, familiar with key risk concepts and measures across asset classes, good knowledge of IT and banking processes. As ideal Candidate you should be motivated and be able to work independently, detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills in English as well as proficient at MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
