Your new company
For one of our Clients, we are searching for Business Intelligence Specialist, ready to join company’s office located in Cracow.
Your new role
Your role will focus on helping company’s business users make good decisions by maximizing their effectiveness in using business intelligence tools. You will play a role in all facets of the Systems Development Life Cycle associated with an enterprise Data Warehouse. This is a hands-on technical role with responsibilities in reporting requirements analysis, as well as design, construction, and delivery of end user reports and dashboards, including documentation, and end user training. In addition, responsibilities include security administration, BI tool set-up, monitoring and tuning. You will be responsible for working directly with the development team and end users to troubleshoot issues and provide support in using Business Intelligence
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to have at least 3 years of IT experience in the area of Data Warehousing and End User Reporting Solutions, experience in work with Business Objects (4.0/4.1) product suite (including InfoView, Web Intelligence, and Administrative modules) and Oracle and SAP BW based BO universes. The Company is looking for candidate with Structured Query Language (SQL) in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server environments experience, knowledge of Tibco Spotfire would be an asset, but is not mandatory. If you want to be part of the company you need to have an excellent verbal and written communication skills and you need to be able to work effectively within cross-functional team environment (able to translate business requirements into technical solutions). We are searching for result-oriented person, whoa exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action. Due to work in international environment you need to speak English at very good level.
