Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate to lead a brand new team of (Senior) Specialists for our new client - Nufarm.
Nufarm is a global company of Australian origin and provides a wide range of top quality crop protection products.
It is now ranked the 9th largest crop protection company in the world.
Main accountabilities
- Lead, manage and develop the team
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client, within agreed SLAs
- Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in C2C
- 1 year experience in people management
- Project management experience would be an asset
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge and computer skills
- Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and enthusiasm
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and stretch targets
- Influencing and negotiating skills
