Twoje zadania:
- Identifying potential overlaps and dependencies with the Privacy programme to avoid duplication of efforts and managing delivery issues and risks
- Validating with appropriate in-country stakeholders that the content and materials developed at Group and the current agreed decisions are fit for purpose / in line with business and local legislation requirements
- Creating a detailed implementation plan managing the timeline and budget for the programme, managing the costs and billing for external resources
- Reporting regularly to the central PMO and the local teams
- Ensuring local risks and issues are being identified, reported, managed, escalated consistently
- Establishing an appropriate governance framework
- Acting as the conduit between the UK Privacy team and the privacy team in-country. I.e. collating status updates and sharing them with UK team, sharing updates from the UK team
Wymagania:
- University /College degree
- Fluent verbal and written English and speak at least 1 relevant CE language (Polish, Czech, Slovak and/or Hungarian)
- User knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Programme manager experience
- Be able to explain complex concepts to business colleagues in simple terms
- Work collaboratively across the business to positively influence senior stakeholders
- Work independently and collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment
