CE digital media & performance marketing manager

- Develop a common performance mediaand ecoupons and eCRM strategy for CE that is in-line with Tesco’s brand proposition using the latest available technological tools to create the best possible Customer experience on all the touchpoints
- Lead, develop and coach the Digital team members
- Set up and lead the team as the 1 CE performance team
- Lead and develop the team of 4 direct reports
- Work closely with key all GHS and Digital stream leaders to ensure that all the GHS initiatives are supported in digital channels
- Cooperate with external creative and performance agencies to ensure that best possible service for Tesco
- Motivate team members to be the great example of our company culture
- Empower the performance marketing team by:
- supporting them with all the necessary information to understand where our GHS/digital streams are heading
- getting the best knowledge from the digital world to allow them to be in the forefront of the market and self-confident about their work and be the go-to persons in their fields
- Manage the performance marketing budget for whole CE to ensure effective investments to right things for our strategic customers
- Key people and teams I work within and outside of Tesco: GHS trade team, Digital team, Clubcard Team, our digital and media agencies
- People budgets and other resources: I am accountable for in my job: 4 direct reports and a total of 2,7 mGBPbudget
- Coordination of Campaigns KPI’s reporting, ROI, CPT, CPA analysis
- University education
- Experience in digital and performance marketing
- Extensive Marketing experience, ideally within a retail and/ or multi-site consumer business
- Driving licence
- Fluent English is required
- Experienced in people management
- Strong understanding of Customer needs and digital market
- Min 2 year experience in eCommerce/digital marketing team in agency or B2C business
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of maximizing cost effectiveness and financial KPI’s control, abilities to draw conclusions from numerical analysis
