- Leading the people related projects in the grocery home shopping (GHS) format across One Europe (Czech, Slovak, Poland, Hungary)
- Improving the culture, policies and procedures by leading various people projects, impacting colleagues who work within GHS stores
- Working with Country Online Operations Managers, Retail People Managers and International GHS team
- Helping improving the store performance and standards
- Working on the unification of people working conditions and routines across CE
- Analysing people data and KPI's and working with the team to improve performance
- Working on People Plan delivery and driving improvements to culture
- Coaching and supporting teams through new launches
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Min 2 years professional experience working on complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge about People Policies & Processes including legislation overview
- Self-driven and proactive
- Operational background, knowledge of GHS processes and routines
- Ability to lead multifunctional tasks and projects with problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in international environment and matrix structure
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Skilled time management with the ability to prioritize goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Driving licence, active driver
