Change Communication Lead

For our Client, international well-established manufacturing company, we are looking for the best candidate for the position of Change Communication Lead - who will be reporting directly to Head of Communication & Training.

Location: Poland, Warsaw

Duties and Responsibilities:
- be the owner of the communication channels and ensure that they are up-to-date,
- ensure communication materials are written in a professional way,
- contribute to development and implementation of internal communication strategy,
- play a proactive role to continuously reshape and redefine portfolio of the communication,
- align with dedicated Roll-in Lead and Project Manager on the communication needs and the approach,
- build a good relationship with the counterpart within the program,
- work proactively and collaboratively across the program to ensure good communication in terms of language, layout and channels,
- manage central and local Communication Specialists

- at least bachelor degree in public relations, journalism or English field,
- at least 4 years of professional experience on similar position,
- excellent communication skills: strong writing, editing and proofreading skills,
- good knowledge of popular communication tools,
- ability to work and manage stakeholders across the program,
- excellent English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus,
- experience in international environment,
- high level of commitment and energy,
- ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and set the right priorities in accordance to the program priorities,
- attention to detail,
- interest in IT and project management is a plus,
Position may require international travel up to 20%.
