Sales & Marketing General for a multinational company primarily focused on the electronics is currently looking for the right Candidate to fill the position of Channel Manager (Key Account Manager). Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and enhancing the execution of responsible Key Account's sales plan (one of the leading retailers for consumer electronics) which meets budgeted and targeted net sales and profit objectives through the most effective and efficient utilisation of commercial conditions and BTL promotion in order to achieve objectives and strategies for the channel.
Channel Manager will actively promote Client's brand in responsible channel by using all available tools, execute the Sales principles for the dealers in responsible channel based on Client's European guidlines, develop and implement channel sales and distribution plan, which meets the objectives of the business/budget plan. What is more, Channel Manager will be expected to implement efficient communication and action planning with the field sales team through action planning, national promotions, core line up implementation etc., manage the distribution and availability of the all categories within the channel in order to ensure that sales is maximised in line with market strategies and the needs of the market.
In conjunction with the supervisor, he or she will develop and implement channel specific marketing programmes, which reflect trade merchandising policies and category management best practises by outlet type in order to achieve the highest level of in-store visibility of the core line up.
Channel Manager should be able to provide sales forecasts that reflect channel objectives for the key categories, monitor channel specific developments including competitors activities, customer/account sales data and other relevant information.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate significant 5 years' commercial experience (we will be happy to hear from people working for FMCG industry too), excellent analytical skills, proven experience in multi-channel retailing. Candidate should possess knowledge of account and category management, good holistic thinking and conceptual selling skills. Future Channel Manager should be a proactive team-player with strong ability to work and deliver in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
