Responsibilities:
- Helping Business Clients in their marketing campaigns in Internet (via telephone and email)- building campaigns, optimization of Clients' accounts of AdWords
- Understanding the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship
- Processing orders set by the Clients
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken Danish and English is a must
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
- Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in multinational environment
- Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
- Willingness to work in Ireland
