As a Client Solutions Analyst you will support the EMEA and in country A&T Client Solutions teams in analyzing: existing pipeline of work and sales pipeline, growth potential, win rate and outcome. You will also provide analysis into target clients, using internal and external data to assist the Client Solutions team in validating new opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to support the growth market analytics & client segmentation and sales pipeline analytics by data collection, analysis and interpretation.
Responsibilities:
- Completes analysis on new target clients, identifying CBRE track record with them in addition to external information available in the public sector
- Produces visualisations of data analysis, providing insight into business development trends for presentation to senior leadership
- Provides ongoing assurance of the sales pipeline and reporting output to ensure accuracy and validity of data
- Analyses sales pipeline data to identify where we win/lose, what types of pursuit we participate in and market trends over time
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and with specific clients and sectors
- Support the sales team by helping to identify possible new solutions using insight taken from historic pursuits
- Collaborates with the Client Care team to analyse existing clients for potential new opportunities with them
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point, working knowledge of VBA
- Experience in using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik View, experience in different visualization techniques
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and being able to drive reporting processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business data
- Ability to prepare reports in a pre-designed style and format or to design and produce bespoke analysis and reports as client demand dictates
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, with strong planning, time management and teamwork skills
