Opis stanowiska:
The Candidate would be responsible for:
Develop and implement the commercial trading and marketing strategies for the Polish market including devising product ranging, proposing pricing, promotions, NPD and packaging development requirements if relevant, in line with overall business objectives applicable to the Retail and Wholesale business channels.
To develop and implement Sales Strategy in line with Company objectives via the successful management of an account portfolio against set targets.
To manage the performance of all retail stores and wholesale business in order to maximise profitability and achieve all income and expenditure targets for each market.
To identify, recruit and manage all personnel required to achieve the corporate objectives set for the Polish market in compliance with the Group policy.
Account management of key wholesale customers and the achievement of sales and profit targets for these customers in the Polish market.
Manage the distribution, display and support activity with these customers.
Forecast customer orders by month for all relevant product categories
Identify potential new customers and develop sales across the whole market.
Build a sales organisation structure in response to business growth for each market to ensure achievement of growth objectives.

-Previous experience in a similar role which will include working in an operational
-retail role and having input on the merchandising of stores
-Experience of wholesale account management
-Previous experience working for a global/Western retail business
-Good financial understanding
-Ability to interpret consumer data
-Experience of managing operational marketing activity
-Proven people manager with examples of developing people
-Excellent English,
-German beneficial
-Good spoken and written communication skills.
-Computer Literate
-Experience of the housewares or consumer durables sector
-Calm temperament, polite and co-operative.
-Self-motivated and able to work alone and on their own initiative.
-Can engage commercial, merchandising, supply chain and HR to help develop the retail business.
-An excellent team player with a high level of motivation and a focused approach to achieving results.
-Professionally trained with a track record of successful management of self and teams.
-An excellent communicator with good interpersonal and analytical skills who is self-reliant and tenacious.
