For our Client - international financial institution we are currently looking for experienced Candidates to join our Client on the position of Continuous Improvement Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt.

Responsibilities:
· Lead all process reengineering projects,
· Manage implementation of change within organization,
· Ensuring maximization of financial benefit as a result of conducted projects,
· Manage small process improvement team,
· Create common methodology for implementation and follow up of all Lean Six Sigma projects,
· Support the development and training of Six Sigma talents,
· Responsibility for finding solution for any quality issues as they arise,
· Tracking and monitoring project progress.
We require Candidates to have Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate with proven track of people management. Experience in area of outsourcing or finance would be a plus. In order to be successful on this position you need to have experience in Continuous Improvement projects, excellent command of English and higher education degree.
