Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities may include
- Oversee and deliver the SOX and quality assurance testing, minimizing the impact to the Operational Teams through diligent planning and execution
- Oversee and deliver SOX related projects requested by the Client
- Oversee the annual process of SOX narratives update
- Producing and presenting monthly management quality assurance and reporting packs for both Accenture and Client management team
- Producing monthly analytics and scorecards to identify trends and performance of Delivery Centers in their process execution
- Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of resolution and remediation process over exceptions reported
- Preparing and sending communications to Client management team to circulate testing results and actions required
- Liaising with other Accenture groups or functions, in setting business requirements for new program or system implementations.
- Prepare and maintain desktop procedures for compliance and quality assurance team
- Working with continuous improvement team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Organizing or attending review meetings with management, client or other groups
- The development, training and mentoring of compliance and quality assurance team to allow them to deliver standalone projects and deliver the agreed scope of work
- Oversee Project Data Privacy issues and Business Continuity Plan Reporting
- Ability to produce high quality documentation against short/challenging timelines
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly with Operations resources from different global locations
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
- Comfortable with managing conflict
- 4 years of strong experience in a client facing role

- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Excellent English skills) oral and written) knowledge of any other European language will be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in SOX/Quality Assurance testing cycle project
- Flexibility around working hours required with interaction with the world-wide time differences
