For our Client, a leading brand in Telecommunication and High Technology sector we are looking for the best candidates interested in the position Automation Task Force Analyst.
Person on this position will provides optimization and automation support to all company business teams. The team uses innovative, highly skilled subject matter experts to establish methodologies for automating, optimizing, orchestrating, and instrumenting processes that meet and exceed the requirements of their clients.
Person on this position will report to the Automation Task Force Manager. Automation Task Force Analyst will be responsible for implementation and development of quality automation solutions. Person on this position will also help to identify automation opportunities by analyzing ticket volumes, project data and L2/L3 workflows. Candidate will ensure that their support functions are performed and managed in a globally consistent manner, are in line with corporate security policies and standards, and are operating at optimal levels.

Wymagania:
- Strong operations background
- Significant project experience
- Very good knowledge of scripting/developer tools (Perl, PHP, SQL & various databases)
- Extensive experience with one or more of the following tools: ITM6+, TPM, Endpoint Manager (BigFix), Atrium Orchestrator
- Extensive experience with compute and/or storage domains (Windows, UNIX, SAN & NAS)
- Experience with integration of various data feeds
- Good knowledge of technologies of cloud computing - VMware, PowerVM and OpsCenter
- Ability to manage activities ensuring adherence to Information Security Policy and corporate standards
- Experience with senior management, project management and stakeholders interacting
- Track record for leadership, delivery and ownership
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure products in a business critical environment
- Demonstrated ability to select and use the best solution for the enterprise
- Experience with issues facing large scale compute environments
- Business acumen and organizational astuteness
- Strong customer and quality-focus is a must
- Good sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
