Your new company is prestigious organization which develops products and services that make life easier for people with very personal and private medical conditions. On behalf of our client we are currently looking for the Candidates for the position of Customer Administration Manager.
Purpose of the role is to manage a department, build a leading position and professional partnership within the group around responsible processes, act as an expert for Consumer Administration processes and continuously improve efficiency by challenging current set up and proposing best practice solutions. Moreover, it is essential to standardize and automate Consumer Admin Support Processes according to company goals and cooperate with team leaders regards team performance. There is a need to support process change, drive continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness and the pursuit of service excellence, manage customer relations, set the KPI and hire, train and develop team leaders.
What you'll need to succeed is to have master degree in Business and you should be experienced in process management on a managing position preferably connected with customer support or administration, knowledge about Lean will be an advantage. Analytical and leadership skills and very good knowledge of English is required.
