Opis stanowiska
Reporting to the Market Coordinator Poland, will take full responsibility for the customer care assistance of polish travel agents.
- Full assistance for booking in our website (navigation trainning)
- Booking amendments & cancellations
- Dealing with complaints
- Inform agents about our products
- Selling active other products
- Converting bookings in each call
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of polish travel agency networks & distribution
- Customer & target oriented
- Minimum of 1 year experience in travel agency networks & distribution.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of English
