Job description:
- providing first line of technical support,
- monitoring the process of solving issues,
- external and internal communication through phone, chat, email,
- maintaining good relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- fluent Finnish and English,
- “customer first” mentality and professionalism,
- experience in technical support would be a plus.
