Customer Care Representative with German (m/f)

Position Description
- Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
- Processing orders submitted by phone, FAX, email or other e-Commerce channels;
- Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;
- Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;
- Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;
- Processing Customer Credits.
Position Requirements
- Excellent German & good English verbal and written communication skills;
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department;
- MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP/CRM knowledge;
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in Life Sciences preferred;
- Additional language knowledge will be an asset.
