Our client is world leading provider of Demand Response services to power market. Due to the growth in Poland we look for experienced Customer Operations Manager Energy.
Customer Operations Manager is responsible for running smooth cooperation with industrial clients. Manager took responsibility for onboarding process of new customers, supports customers in implementation of system and does program training. Manager will form relationship with utility and grid operator to predict dispatch likelihood. Manager will use this knowledge to identify opportunities for margin increase and risk reduction. Manager will develop and deliver program training to customers to make sure both parties participates in demand response service at the appropriate level required for both parties.
Ideal candidate for this role has technical knowledge, understands well operation of industrial plant. You have understanding of energy market in Poland and more than five years experience in managing cross-functional projects in industrial sector. You need to speak polish and English at very good level.
