We have a professional and fun customer service team and are now expanding in Europe. We are seeking personnel to work with us in our newly-opened call-center in Poznan, Poland.
Flysmarter is part of AOB Travel Sweden, and other brands include flygcity.se, flysmarter.dk, and flysmarter.no. We operate using the Global Distribution System, SABRE.
Customer Service Agent
Location: Poznań
Job description
- Supporting our online customers via telephone, mail and chat services
- Issuing flight tickets
- Rebooking and reissuing flight tickets
- Handling and managing the queue system with timetable changes and other messages from airlines. Advise of changes in flight plan or to cancel passenger reservations
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
Requirements
- Able to accomplish duties within airline rules and standards.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken - in English. Other languages such as German, Dutch or a Scandinavian language is preferable but not necessary.
- Able to work in a team.
- Capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking and handle a high volume of work efficiently.
- Detail orientated
- Enthusiasm for providing superior customer service
- Diploma in reservation systems SABRE or Amadeus or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not essential. Necessary training will be provided.
