For an international organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Customer Service Representative with English and Dutch or German or Danish
Responsibilities:
- Support foreign language business clients in scope of new technologies
- Provide first-line investigation and diagnostics
- Prepare statistics about customers satisfaction
- Support other team members
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping customers
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Helpdesk will be an advantage
- Language skills: English fluent and French or German or Dutch or Danish fluent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for customer care
- A high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work In dynamic situations and achieve goals
