Job Description:
- Organizing work in a Team by Assign team members to tasks according to workload and skills
- Assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing
- Processing sales orders in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Ensure the Team performance and the metrics are in line with client requirements
- Ensure that all documents are properly allocated and up to date
- Deal with customer's requests
- Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met for the Team
- Following given guidelines & procedures actively liaise with colleagues, clients and customers to anticipate and solve issues and risks
- Maintain proper records and audit trail of documentation
- Very good English and Spanish
- People management experience - 1 year
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance will be asset
- Experience in Customer Service area
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
