On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Customer Service Specialist with French
Miejsce pracy: wielkopolskie/ Poznań

Key responsibilities:
- Works within the Order to Cash process in partnership with Front Line Customer Experience team responsible for the respective markets; builds positive, constructive relationships with other Business Units to drive an effective and smooth deployment of Order to Cash activities into Shared Services.
- Responsible for delivering service excellence to key customers (including Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, regulatory Bodies etc.) while ensuring that Kennametal policies are adhered to, safeguarding the legal and financial interests of the company;
- Serves customers in the scope of sales documents entry to SAP (such as orders, quotations, complaints, returns, T&D, credit/debit notes), processes forms and applications, enters and updates customer information in the systems; expedites delivery;
- Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements;
- Audits customer purchase order with sales order to confirm items, pricing, quantity, shipping information and any special instructions;
- Resolves problems and answers inquiries by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved matters in accordance with the established escalation policy using correct issue description and categorization or routing inquires to the appropriate resource when necessary;
- Maintains Shared Services database by entering and correcting information;
- Documents and reports all contact information and logs according to standard operating procedures.
Knowledge and experience:
- French language level close to native speaker;
- Comminicative English skills;
- Master's or bachelor's degree;
- Ability to effectively communicate;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- SAP skills – nice to have.
