Customer Service Supervisor with German

Job description:
- managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
- building a very good relationship with Client – understanding Client needs and providing answers to his queries
- supporting subordinates in performing their daily duties
- monitoring, analyzing and reporting team activities that affect its performance
- taking care of the team development
- ensuring realization of SLA's and KPI's by a Team
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of German and English (both required)
- at least 1 year experience in managing a team – min. 10 FTE in Customer Service area
- people management skills
- ability to work in a group, high communication and leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties
