An experienced D&T Senior Business Analyst is required to play a key role in the deployment and extension of the CBRE CRM and Pipeline Management Technology Ecosystem for the European (EMEA) Region. This CRM eco system is based on Salesforce platform positioned as Client Intelligence Hub and later will be integrated with multiple other data sources (Property Data, Marketing, Financial Systems etc.) and Execution platforms for respective business domains.
This role will focus on business engagement, identifying true business value and change needs; collecting and clarifying business requirements; leading migration and testing activities; playing a critical role in the support for local deployment teams and technology users across the periods of the product and deployment lifecycle. Moreover, critical thinking and judgement from a business perspective will be essential to ensure key objectives set for change programs are achieved on time and in most efficient ways.
As the role concentrate on the entire EMEA region, you will need the ability to work as a member of geographically spread team your willingness to travel for average 20-30% of your time will be necessary.
- You must be able to effectively communicate with Business Leadership, business users and local deployment teams across multiple geographies and cultures to define business processes and improvement areas necessary to successfully deploy components of the Ecosystem. In your engagements you will identify, challenge and document requirements and enhancements in a clear and concise manner. To increase speed to market of solution delivery and where feasible, you will seek possibilities to standardize business processes and reuse already delivered solutions.
- Being the bridge between the end user and our technical development team, you will define and document user stories and acceptance criteria that will allow development team to deliver the solution as well as organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing that will confirm validity of the solution. During the entire build phase, you will represent the voice of the business in the many lower level design discussions required to build the right product.
- As the member of the central product team with inside-out knowledge of the product and key partner to local deployment teams you will be the primary source of knowledge and best practices for our business customers in Europe. In that capacity, you might be required to conduct product demo"s, assist in data cleansing and migration activities, deliver trainings or assist local deployment team in developing appropriate training platform.
- Your written and verbal communication skills will be of prime importance to this role and your skills in conceptualizing solutions while working with minimal oversight will enable you to thrive in our constantly evolving environment
- Degree qualified with 8+ years' experience in various Business Analyst and Change Management roles.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management enabling technologies, with experience in Salesforce platform being a plus, but not a must have.
