The person on this position will be responsible for development and implementation of newly established e-commerce platform as well as programs in social media by exploiting current and upcoming online trends.

Key responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategy for new e-commerce platform that will be consistent with other offline sales channels in Poland and CEE countries
- Responsible for both written as well as visual content creation and introduction
- Product exploration and portfolio managementfor e-commerce portal
- Facebook and Instagram content creation, product advertising and community management
- Viral marketing execution as well as managing press releases and media bonding
- Ensuring client satisfaction and client retention through the delivery of a valuable client experience
- Handling day-to-day tasks and issues to achieve effective resolution and client satisfaction, resulting in the expected sales level
- Lead local relationship with all agencies involved in digital activity/ content creation
- Evaluating project profitability through report analysis of metrics such as conversion rates and optimization
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams locally and in CEE countries
Requirements
- University degree; Online Marketing Diploma will be an asset
- Minimum 3 years in online performance marketing, digital media, e-commerce/e-retail – preferably within Non Food Consumer Goods company, Consumer Electronics or Online Retailer
- Experience in building online marketing communications, managing social communities, writing, creating, producingcontent
- Successfully implemented an e-commerce project and campaigns in her/his workplace
- Goodknowledge of Google Analytics, search engine marketing, display advertising and other digital advertising techniques
- Running own blog or community (Instagram) is a big plus
- Hungry for new technologies and digital marketing know how
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in using data to build reports and analyze client metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills to lead calls, gather requirements, present business cases and consult on recommended solutions and strategy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, self-motivated
- Proactive, driven, open minded
- Very good knowledge of English language (speaking and writing)
