- The successful candidate will be joining a global support team and be based in our Poznan office.
- Working as part of this team, the successful candidate will be supporting users both locally and remotely, providing support to staff at all levels of the organisation on tasks including installation, repair and upgrade of end user hardware and software, server and network equipment support, new staff induction training, and managing meeting rooms and associated equipment.
- Providing Desktop support at our Poznan office.
- Providing hands-on and phone-based troubleshooting support.
- Responsibility for maintaining the state of our meeting rooms and Self-Service AV equipment.
- Administration of Active Directory.
- Providing 2nd line diagnostic support for Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, Tablets, Monitors, Thin Clients and Audio Visual hardware.
- Processing incidents, service requests and problems within clearly defined processes aligned to ITIL best practice.
- Managing assets in our CMDB.
- Liaison with our global Helpdesk, Application Support Team and Infrastructure Support Teams to ensure that incidents are escalated and resolved within the defined Service Level Agreements.
- Occasional overtime, out of hours work and the flexibility to work at other locations is required from time to time.

- Experience of Desktop Support working in a busy IS Department or other relevant work experience.
- Experience of Infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server products, Virtual Infrastructure, LANs, TCPIP, VPN's, Linux / Unix / Solaris /AIX etc would be beneficial but is not essential.
- At BAE AI, our business language is English, therefore proficiency in written and spoken communication in English is a key requirement.
