We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details, excellent leadership skills and results oriented attitude for the role of:
- Managing a team of 10 responsible for setting up the suppliers and booking cost invoices in the system Intrepid / PeopleSoft and preparation of payments(Intrepid and HSBC)
- Preparing reports and dashboards showing the results of operations department AP
- Cooperation with the Audit Department in the area to identify potential risk areas and the implementation of key controls
- Participation and process management certification audit from the point of view of operations Accounts Payable department
- Coordination of the process of creation and analysis of monthly statistics on the effectiveness of team work - KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators) , settling time (Time Tracker)
- Liaison with Facilities Managers responsible for the handling of real estate clients and coordinate the flow of information between departments receivables and liabilities
- Effective co-operation with other departments in financial CBRE GBS - Client Accounting Department
- Supervision of the month-end closing process under the responsibility of the AP department
- Supporting processes of acquisition ( transition ) new FM clients to CBRE GBS from the perspective of Accounts Payable department
- Supervision and participation in various projects related to the current operation of the department and new functions transferred to CBRE GBS
Key Requirements:
- Master"s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management or similar
- ACCA / CIMA qualifications will be an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, another language is an advantage
- Experience in managing a team (min 1-2 years)- the management of a team in a dynamic environment, based on open communication about expectations and providing regular feedback to employees; setting goals and monitoring
- Preferred experience in the SSC / BPO
