Do you want to develop as a Capital and Risk Management Director in power company? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, leading power company we are currently looking for a professional who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.
As a C&RMD you will manage a team of professionals, create investment models and manage financial risk of investitions in huge transactions.
Your typical tasks would include: creation of investment models, financing, banks and investors cooperation, managing and leading a small team of professionals, creating investment scenarios, management of the financial risk process, market and costs analyses, cash flow and capex management, risk, interest rate risk and currency risk management, reporting.
We are looking for C&RMD with at least 6 years experience in financing of big projects (ideally infrastructure projects), at least 4 years of team management experience, creation of big investment models experience, energy sector analyses experience, excellent understanding of capital markets and banking industry, negotiations experience, fluent command of English, dynamic, proactive and creative leader with strong business awareness. International working environment experience and financing of projects in energy industry experience would be a strong plus.
