For our Client, who offers excellent job opportunities in a Business Processing Outsourcing Center inWrocław, providing services in the field of finance, accounting, procurement and customer services, we are currently looking for: Support Specialist with Swedish or Norwegian
Responsibilities:
- Professional customer support for international Client
- Maintain documentation
- Support team in the area of Customer Relationship (respond to external and internal queries, escalate issues, communicate customers' feedback etc.)
- Creating reports and analyses
- Support processing invoices/payments if needed
Requirements:
- Swedish/Norwegian: fluent
- English: very good
- At least Bachelor’s degree
- Diligent, with great attention to details
- Self-starter, focused on analyzing data and resolving issues
- Open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work
- Able to work under time and result pressure
- Experience in Customer Relationship would be an asset
