Your new company
For our Client, one of the oldest financial institutions in the world, we are searching for a EMEA Regional Wellbeing Consultant.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and deliver regional Wellbeing events and campaigns in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
- Manage, administer and promote regional Wellbeing programs, such as the engagement platform, flu vaccination program, Employee Assistance Program etc, in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
- Contribute to the development of new regional Wellbeing programs
- Manage third party vendors, including selection, relationship management, termination, contract management while ensuring that internal vendor protocols are maintained with HR Vendor Management
- Maintain accurate information with regard to the Wellbeing budget and submit invoices for processing in a timely manner as appropriate
- Coordinate communications and marketing relating to Wellbeing programs and events, via email, MySource, posters etc, in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
- Conduct annual benchmarking activity to ensure Wellbeing programs remain competitive
- Join external industry forums, including the Global Business Group on Health, to ensure up-to-date awareness of market practice
- Maintain relationships with regional Wellbeing champions and coordinate their activities
- Handle enquiries from HR colleagues, managers and employees
- Collaborate with regional Diversity & Inclusion representatives and relevant ERG networks to coordinate and promote Wellbeing programs
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong project management and organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans
- Experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
- Competent use of Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with limited day to day supervision
- Experience of Benefits and Wellbeing initiatives and programs would be beneficial
- Experience of event management would be beneficial
- Experience of working in a large organisation but not necessarily in the Financial Services Sector
- Ideally educated to degree level
