Finance and Accounting Processes Specialist
Place of work:Szczecin
Responsibilities:
- Analysing Shared Service Center process performance, identifying waste, risks, opportunities
- Responsible for further developing of global end-to-end processes within the area of Finance & Accounting with focus on the areas of -Accounts Receivable, General Accounting or Fixed Assets
- Harmonised processes and implementing the best practises (Internal Control System)
- Supporting the development and implementation of Internal Control System
- Supporting projects related to the transition of accounting activities into the Shared Service Center
- Establishing very good relations with the clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of any other foreign language will be an asset
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, additionaly at least 2 years in SSC/BPO
- Very good understanding of accounting processes
- Project experience with proven capability to deliver excellent results in international projects
- Very good analytical skills
- Independence and strong internal motivation
- Strong knowledge of:Excel and Visual Basic
