WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Completed Master’s degree or in the course of completion of one of the following: accounting, human resources, international business, finance, economics, administration; cross-cultural studies, or other liberal arts majors; ideally, with a related minor degree (for example, an accounting major and human resources minor)
- Capable of working within large, complex engagements and able to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with an efficient and results-oriented approach
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality; and deadline and results-driven
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
- Familiarity with MS Office package (Word, Excel - is a must)
- English knowledge min. B1/B2
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with global assignees and external vendors
GOOD TO HAVE
- Demonstrate a first experience in individual tax and social security within an audit/tax advisory firm, law firm or corporate headquarters ideally
- Be keen to acquire new competencies and to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN MOBICA:
- Working close with Global Mobility Coordinator in order to ensure that personal income tax and social security issues in Poland and host countries are maintained properly
- Work closely with third party vendors, such as tax consultants and relocation vendors to ensure timely, quality assistance is provided
- Advise assignees and HR on policy and process changes as appropriate
- Maintain frequent and regular contact with assignees to ensure project timelines and deadlines are on schedule
- Track and report on-going mobility-related incidents
- Conducting research on tax/social security/labor laws
