For our Client – one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, we are currently looking for a person who is interested in professional development in an international work environment, within diverse teams for a position of Payments Specialist
Successful Candidate will process dematerialized payments instructions in a workflow tool and assure that the process is followed and that procedure is in place and complied. Specifically you will be responsible for calling back the customers from France when required to annihilate any fraud attempt. Also for analyzing referral cases identified upstream in the process and clearing them by calling the customer. Additionally you will be working on multiple systems, identifying and escalating potential blocking points to Team Leader and working effectively in a team environment.
As ideal Candidate for the position you speak native (or nearly native – C2) French and very good English. You are also a University Graduate and have experience working in the finance area. You have to possess good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications and be able to work in a team.
