Opis stanowiska:
Grafton Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced candidate who would like to work on the position of Process Engineer in a newly open automotive production company in the area of Lower Silesia.
Process Engineer (Chemistry)
Workplace: Nowa Ruda
The main duty of this role is to provide the necessary support in setting up and daily management for the production process and all related quality systems activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Transfer of new products / technologies / parameters into production and manufacturing of prototypes in close cooperation with the global industrialization group
- Responsibility for Change Management and PPAP procedure
- Responsibility for troubleshooting, identifying opportunities for improvements to our process and plant efficiencies, process control and management
- participating in advanced product quality planning (APQP) teams
- Ensure production is operating in accordance with set ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001 standards and work practices, like e.g. the APQP process (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Work closely with Manufacturing Operators, Maintenance and Automation Technicians, analyzing production processes and equipment
- Identify main sources of downtime and recommend action plans to reduce and/or eliminate downtime
- Work with production data analysis and reporting computer system to ensure data integrity, security and system reliability. Provide accurate internal and external reporting of production performance. The collection, analysis and reporting of production
- Provide technical expertise for continual improvement for the production process.

Wymagania:
- University degree (Chemistry, engineering,)
- Experience in the chemical or similar (automotive an asset) industry
- Excellent knowledge is required in the chemical process engineering,
- Knowledge of Automotive Quality systems (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001) and tools like PPAP , FMEA , SPC and related software applications
- Knowledge of measurement methods and equipment calibration procedures in chemical industry
- Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements (ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001)
- Good English skills
- Teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and have ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Experience in the chemical or similar (automotive an asset) industry
