Project Coordinator/Accountant with German

Key responsibilities may include:
- Transactions processing or project realization/coordination in a timely manner/as per project charter and in accordance with defined processes, project coordinator’s guidance and client's requirements, as well as agreed exceptions.
- Client-facing: day-to-day services provision at clients premises and under direction of client leadership, periodic business reviews, joint improvement projects execution, issues resolution
- Responsibility for Quality Assurance and Compliance (Clients and Internal Policies, Procedures, Guidelines)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Fluent German and English
- Any other language will be an asset
- Flexibility in scope of work/responsibilities (various projects)
- Readiness to travel/relocate for fixed period of time (projects vary in duration between 2-18months)
- MA/BA educational background in finance, accounting or economy
- Approximately 2 years of BPO/SSC experience, within: AP/AR/GL and/or in accounting practice
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
